Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! If you book me for a full-day wedding, all UK travel expenses are included in your investment.

For shorter, intimate celebrations booked at my hourly rate, travel within a 50-mile radius is included. Weddings taking place beyond this distance will incur an additional travel fee.

2. Can we book an engagement or pre‑wedding shoot?

Yes. Engagement sessions are included in The Classic and The Signature packages or available as an add‑on. They’re great for getting comfortable in front of the camera and creating images for your invites or website.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your booking is secured once the signed agreement and retainer have been received. The retainer is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your booking.

If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Any rescheduled date must be agreed in writing, and if I am unavailable, this may be treated as a cancellation under the terms of your agreement.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. I offer high-resolution digital files, fine-art prints, and heirloom albums.


Digital files: All final images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs via a private online gallery with download and sharing rights for personal use.


Prints: You can order professional prints directly from the gallery in a range of sizes and finishes.


Albums: I design luxury heirloom albums (with parent albums available). Album design is included with [package/collection], with a set number of design revisions.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes—I work with a small network of trusted videographers whose style complements my photography.


I can recommend [2–3] videographers based on your wedding location, budget, and preferred style (e.g. cinematic, documentary, highlight-only).


If you’d like, I’m happy to coordinate with your chosen videographer before the day to align on timelines, key moments, and any “do not miss” shots

6. When will we receive our photos?



Your online gallery will be delivered within 6 - 8 weeks after the wedding. Rush delivery is available on request.

7. Can we meet before the session?

No. I deliver only fully edited, finished images that represent my style and quality. Raw files are not provided.
